In 1996 I fulfilled my dream of going to cooking
school. I was accepted and started at Kendall Colleges Culinary
school. In 1998 I started my road to where I am at now.After working at
country clubs and fine dining, I wanted more balance. Out of a
conversation with one of my Instructors at Kendall College, I
discovered what the personal chef business is.
With
the support of many friends and fellow food pros, Home Chefs was
born.Over the past 8 years, I have experienced the highs and lows of
being in this business. Thanks does not seem enough but thats all I
have.My goal is to always bring my passion and love of cooking into
your home.I define success and being able to get up in the morning and
enjoy going to work. I am blessed to be able to do what I love.
