About Chef Dwight:
Chef Dwight aka Cheffy D brings 15 years experience in food, instruction, and his long love of cooking to your home.
Dwight is a 1998 graduate of Kendall College's Culinary program with stints at Edgewood Valley CC, White Eagle CC, and a Game Day Chef for the BEARS at Soldier Field. Recently he taught for Robert Morris Culinary Institute.
